Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens
Proud to be regarded as one of Scotland's finest, our luxury boutique hotel has been given the Hotel du Vin treatment, with trademark superb beds, luxurious Egyptian linen, serious showers and unique, relaxed style of hospitality.

The 49 stunning bedrooms and suites, and our reputation for service and style have, we hope, been enhanced by a new bar and bistro, and the makeover of many of our bedrooms, without losing any of the charm and character for which One Devonshire Gardens is well known.

The Bistro deluxe is located in House 1 and has recently been awarded 3 AA rosettes. Here, you'll find great classic and modern dishes with a Scottish influence, all supporting our philosophy of quality food, cooked simply with the freshest of local ingredients. Wine is, naturally, of fundamental importance with knowledgeable yet friendly staff presenting our incredible selection of carefully selected bottles at reasonable prices. Guests can visit the wine cellar in the comfort of their own sommelier to choose from over 600 bins.

Two terraced gardens are perfect for alfresco dining, and those who enjoy a cigar will love our heated outdoor cigar shack.
